KENT NEWS: Web management experts at GForces landed a big prize at an automotive industry awards ceremony.

The Bearsted-based firm’s innovative sales lead tracking software, NetDirector LeadBeast, took the Online Innovation category at the event, staged in London’s West End by Motor Trader magazine.

The evening was hosted by TV sports presenter and pundit Ray Stubbs.

Motor Trader editor Curtis Hutchinson told the audience: “This year’s competition in the Online Innovation Award was extremely high with entrants putting forward products and services of real commercial value to users.

“Judges considered LeadBeast to be a cohesive integrated product and were particularly impressed by its coverage of all the media channels.”

GForces describes its award-winning product as “the world’s first combined online and offline lead tracking package. The software enables dealers to significantly reduce their cost-per-lead by analysing the effectiveness of individual marketing campaigns.”

GForces’ commercial director Tim Smith said: “We’re proud that LeadBeast has been recognised in this way.

“The Motor Trader awards are the most important in the auto retailing world and the fact that the judges voted for our product speaks volumes for its functionality.

“Few businesses have money to burn at the moment, and LeadBeast software can help dealers maximise their marketing investment.

“It can measure both online and offline activities. It can tell you whether potential customers have come from the internet, phone calls or direct mail, thus allowing the retailer to focus on the method which best suits their business.”

GForces was established in 1999 and now claims to be the UK’s leading web management company for the automotive sector.
