Jo James special guest
Jo James, chief executive of Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, joined Jacksons Fencing, the Stowting based fencing and access control business at a trade event to celebrate the company’s 65th anniversary.
The celebration, which was attended by Jacksons’ key trade customers, is part of a whole series of initiatives designed to commemorate the company’s 65th year of trading.
Ms James delivered a presentation to attendees titled ‘How to keep your business fighting fit in 2012’, whilst Jacksons Fencing CEO Richard Jackson, spoke on the subject of ‘How to work smart with Jacksons in 2012 and beyond’.
Following the presentations, visitors were invited to participate in a series of factory-based tours to witness at first hand the Jakcure wood treatment methodology - responsible for providing the 25-year guarantee on Jacksons timber products - as well as the steel and timber production processes.
The afternoon was rounded off with an official cutting of the ‘Jacksons’ birthday cake by Ms James and Mr Jackson
