Tunbridge Wells company recognised
Two of kitchen company Krieder’s designers have been shortlisted for this year’s prestigious annual KBB Review Awards, which reflect excellence across the industry.
The final verdict will be given at a ceremony in Birmingham’s Metropole Hotel on Monday (March 5).
Both designers work out of Krieder’s Tunbridge Wells studio in Chapel Place, creating contemporary kitchens for clients throughout the UK and beyond.
Chris Etheridge is in the final four for Designer of the Year in the under £30,000 kitchen category, while Justin Marley is shortlisted in the £30,000 - £50,000 group.
Both categories reward the skill of the kitchen designer not only in aesthetic and practical results but also their use of budget, problem solving and meeting the client’s brief. In selecting the under £30,000 shortlist, the judges are looking for the way designers have managed to achieve flair and individuality while keeping within reasonable budgets - a genuine skill essential for the success of the front line kitchen retailer.
The judges are particularly interested in where the designer has spent money wisely to exceed customer expectations.
